We are committed to managing the value generated and distributed to different categories of stakeholders, from shareholders to customers, employees, suppliers, academia and research to the civil society in which the company works.

  • Ensure fair representation on the Board of Directors in terms of gender, age, independence, minority and other categories.
  • Remunerate Top management in accordance with ESG goals.
  • Establish and develop transparent and accountable sustainability governance.

  • Increase female Board membership to 33% by 2025.
