- Develop transparent and accountable sustainability governance.
- Develop comprehensive and effective sustainability reporting.
- Maintain 98% of employees taking at least one training course on Ethics & Compliance in 2026 (Italy scope).
- Conduct 1 training course on ESG issues for the Board.
- Extend 37001 Policies, Procedures and Internal Audits to all Group Companies.
- Define an Internal Control System over Non-Financial Disclosures.

- Offer the market innovative solutions to help distribute clean tech products and services.
- Maintain high levels of innovation through collaboration with universities, research institutions and centers of excellence.
- Minimize the risk of information privacy breaches and the number of related complaints.

Almawave is deeply committed to developing initiatives and programs that promote a positive and welcoming environment within the organization, while ensuring stable and meaningful employment for all its employees.

- Support staff professional development and engagement, monitoring and improving training.
- Support the professional development of new generations and young talent.
- Ensure fair representation at the company in terms of gender, age, minority appointments, and other categories.
- Increase the presence of women in managerial positions.
- Progressively increase average training hours per capita by 70% by 2026 (baseline 2023) for Italy scope.
- At least 35% of hires in the under 30 category for the Italy scope.
- Maintain at least 8 initiatives in the year to encourage women’s participation in STEM education and increase their presence in the company (Italy scope).
