Smart Water Management System
Maximizing water service efficiency with AI
What is SWMS?
Smart Water Management System (SWMS) is an enterprise platform for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing integrated water services through advanced use of data, artificial intelligence, and digital modeling.
Designed by Sister, a company within the Almawave Group, the platform supports water service operators in improving efficiency, sustainability, and service quality.
How does it work?
SWMS integrates data from the entire water network into a single platform: sensors that monitor pressure, flow, leaks, and water levels; smart meters that record consumption and variations in real time; management systems; and territorial databases.
This information is processed and represented within an advanced GIS (Geographic Information System), which maps infrastructure and facilities on digital cartography. This creates a true Digital Twin of the network, offering a complete, up-to-date, and predictive view of the system’s status.
The DSS (Decision Support System) transforms the information into advanced analyses and operational recommendations, supporting managers in preventing and detecting leaks, optimizing consumption, and planning interventions efficiently, reducing operating costs and waste.
Main features
Monitor the network
Check pressure, flow rates, and service continuity in real time
Optimize resources
Analyze water consumption by area, period, and type of user
Improve service
Identify critical issues and provide operational recommendations based on data
Schedule interventions
Support scheduled and predictive infrastructure maintenance
Reduce leaks
Detect critical areas and leakage phenomena to plan targeted interventions
AI supporting water services
Thanks to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and voice recognition technologies, operators can query data using voice commands and obtain analyses and reports in a simple and immediate manner.
Predictive features allow you to anticipate anomalies, consumption, and maintenance needs, increasing operational efficiency and service sustainability.
