Women in tech: third edition of Inspiring Fifty Italy 2024 award kicks off

The new edition of “InspiringFifty” targets Italian women entrepreneurs, managers and researchers who have distinguished themselves in the field of innovation. The goal of the project, launched in 2013 by Janneke Niessen and Joelle Frijters, is to reward 50 “role models” capable of inspiring the next generation and closing the gender gap in STEM disciplines.

The jury composed of leading figures in business, economics and academia will include Almawave CEO Valeria Sandei. The 50 selected women will be honored at a ceremony scheduled for September 7, 2024 in the Sky Italia studios.
