Growth and innovation: Valeria Sandei’s speech at the 4Manager event

Today in Rome, the presentation of the seventh annual report on “Production chains in the era of augmented knowledge” took place. The event was a moment of dialogue between the production sector, institutions, and research, enriched by the testimonies of companies and managers who shared concrete experiences of collaboration and competitive development.

During the meeting, Almawave’s CEO, Valeria Sandei, spoke, emphasizing that artificial intelligence reveals its full value only when effectively integrated into production processes. Today, however, only a few small and medium-sized enterprises have actually managed to achieve this.

To fully harness the potential of AI, Sandei highlighted two key conditions: having access to data and knowing how to share it, directing technologies toward the real needs of the sector, and investing in skills and training to use and manage these tools consciously and effectively.
