Franco Martino at the Italy-Africa Forum

The fifth meeting of the International Forum on the Italy-Africa strategic plan, the “Mattei Plan,” titled “Let’s grow together”, was held yesterday in Rome. The event focused on strengthening collaboration between Italy and Africa with the aim of promoting shared, sustainable development.
During the panel “Private sector use cases & proposals for growth in strategic industries”, our International Business Director, Franco Martino, spoke about Almawave’s commitment to developing innovative, tailor-made solutions for Africa’s local contexts. In particular, he presented Velvet, our family of large language models (LLMs).
