Franco Martino among the key figures at the Gov Tech Forum 2026

The GovTech Forum, which brought together the main players of the national and international digitalization ecosystem in Public Administration and public utility services, concludes today in Milan.

During the workshop “Partnerships for Africa Digital Public Infrastructure Stack & AI initiative”, the project presented by Talla Kebe Coordinator UN Task Force on digital transformation in Africa was discussed in depth. In this context, Italy confirms itself as an agile springboard for public-private partnerships, thanks to its advanced public sector digitalization, cutting-edge technological ecosystem, and solid tradition of international cooperation.
Our expert Franco Martino, International Business Director, spoke about how Almawave’s projects in Africa demonstrate that generative Artificial Intelligence, represented by the LLM Velvet family, can become a strategic lever to accelerate digitalization, improve public services, and support socio-economic development.
