Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave, shared her vision by encouraging young people to cultivate curiosity, the true driver of innovation, along with a wide range of skills.

When asked: The world of work demands innovative skills, what are the key skills in a manager and a young person today?
Sandei answers thus, “In my opinion, they are curiosity, multidisciplinarity and resilience. Understanding, analyzing and taking new insights from the world is a key element to evolve and operate effectively in an organization or lead it. In addition, I think it is important to never give up on one’s dreams, follow paths with determination, set goals, even ambitious ones, and pursue them with continuity and great tenacity.”
