Almawave sponsors the new edition of the Language Intelligence Conference 2025
10 November 2025
From November 17 to 19, the new edition of the Language Intelligence Conference 2025 will take place in Vienna, a leading event dedicated to the evolution of AI-based language technologies. The conference will explore how these solutions are transforming multiple sectors, from innovations in translation and interpretation to text and voice processing, and data management.
Almawave will be among the event sponsors and, during the conference, Giacomo Grassi, Director of User Experience at INPS, will deliver a talk titled “Democratizing Formal Language: GenAI in Public Service.” Grassi will discuss how generative AI can make public administration language clearer and more accessible, illustrating how large language models (LLMs) are transforming a traditionally manual process into a semi-automated system that is more efficient, scalable, and citizen-oriented.
This aligns with Almawave’s commitment to developing innovative tools for linguistic simplification and accessibility in public administration. Thanks to GenAI, our solutions can understand key concepts in texts, automatically rewrite complex documents into simpler forms, and finally allow users to download and validate the simplified version. This human-in-the-loop approach ensures institutional communication is clearer, more accessible, and inclusive, measurable through quantitative indicators assessing both readability and content fidelity.
A distinctive feature of Almawave’s technology is its compliance with Italian regulations and international standards. The models developed are compliant with the AI Act, and the company is among the first in the world to have certified its systems under ISO/IEC 42001, ensuring security, reliability, and adherence to ethical principles in the use of artificial intelligence.
