Almawave do Brasil brings generative AI to Conarec 2025 in the service of customer care

The project, developed on the AIWave platform and the Velvet LLM family, was created in collaboration with Almaviva Experience and integrates the most advanced generative AI, RAG, and NL Query technologies, ensuring secure, personalized, and contextualized responses.
