At Conarec 2025, the conference dedicated to innovation held in São Paulo, Brazil, Almawave do Brasil presented a new generative virtual assistant for customer care. The project, developed on the AIWave platform and the Velvet LLM family, was created in collaboration with Almaviva Experience and integrates the most advanced generative AI, RAG, and NL Query technologies, ensuring secure, personalized, and contextualized responses. This approach allows operators to increase productivity, reduce response times, and offer quality service to end customers, transforming customer service into a more fluid and strategic experience.
