Almawave and INPS are participating in AI Week

On May 13th and 14th, the 6th edition of AI Week will take place at Fiera Milano Rho, Europe’s largest event dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, designed for managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals ready to drive technological innovation.
During the plenary session on May 13th at 5:15 PM, Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave, and Giacomo Grassi, Head of the Digital Processes and UX Design Area at the Central Communication Department of INPS, will participate in the panel “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Institutional Communication.” In this session, they will explain how GenAI can simplify administrative language, making texts clearer, more accessible, and transparent. It’s a semi-automatic process that combines technological efficiency with human validation to improve the dialogue between institutions and citizens.
