Valeria Sandei and Antonio Amati at the Ambrosetti Forum in Cernobbio - Class CNBC interviews

“The words of President Mattarella and Minister Colao confirm the boost that digital can give to Europe’s development. Digitization is a fundamental pivot for the ecological transition, for sustainability and for the evolution and pursuit of Europe’s efficiency and centrality in an international scenario aimed at competitiveness. NextGenerationEU and the PNRR can represent a strategic recovery plan that goes beyond the short term and leads us to be competitive in Italy, Europe and the world.” So says Almawave CEO Valeria Sandei, interviewed by Elisa Piazza at the 48th edition of The European House-Ambrosetti Forum in Cernobbio.

“We as a company work strongly on digital and Artificial Intelligence. In the green transition, technology and AI can be pivotal in fighting waste through predictivity, for resource optimization. Almawave, which landed on the Milan Stock Exchange in March 2021, had a half-year top-line growth of 45 percent and acquired two strategic companies, assets to be competitive in AI, data analytics, and support for energy challenges. Ours is a design of an Italian company that wants to play an important role at the European and international level.”

With Class CNBC, the General Manager of AlmavivA’s IT Division and Vice President of Almawave, Antonio Amati, instead talked about digital, PA and business and how to manage and protect data thanks to the Cloud. Interviewed by Simone Cerroni, he said, “Digital is a resilient system to the energy crisis; AlmavivA is continuing to invest and has recorded significant growth in the first half of the year and an upward trend in hiring. The Group is committed to the developments of the great Country System: Cloud, Cybersecurity, Environmental Sustainability, on the water emergency and fire risk front, and again Digital Healthcare and Homeland Security.”
