The new “Iride BI – Powered by QlikView®” module will enable Almawave Customer to make the most of collected information and data, by setting up powerful and user-friendly analytics, in order to improve Customer-Enterprise multi-channel Management.
Iride Customer Centric Suite is Almawave proprietary semantic-ontological platform: flexible, complete and innovative, one of a kind, implemented to make Customer Interaction faster and more efficient, as well as ensure a Customer Experience of excellence and a 360° understanding of Customer needs.
